How does it Work?
RSS Reader is a program that draws selected information from the Ministry of Public Security's web site, and updates your personal computer in real time.

The RSS Reader program sends the designated information directly to your computer.

Step #2: Selecting Topics of Interest
On the bottom of this page there is a list of content channels. In order to be updated on a certain topic, you have to copy the topic's URL into the RSS Reader (right click on the channel, click on 'copy shortcut')
Step #3: Reading the Updates
The RSS program contacts the Ministry's website every few minutes and automatically updates concerning the selected topic.
